What are the terms and conditions?

Eligibility

To be eligible for participation in the Program, both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of

age. Saasguru reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion.

This is applicable for only Career Launch Consultant and Career Launch Developer Programs.

The referral bonuses will be applicable starting from August 1st, 2023.

Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral occurs when:

The Referrer shares the saasguru bootcamp details with a person they know and gets their interest and consent to be referred
The Referrer then shares the details of the person in the referral details form provided on the Referral page.
The Referred person then signs up and pays the entire fees of the program for the referee to be eligible for earning the referral reward amount.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior

Saasguru may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving a Reward, in saasguru’s sole

discretion, if saasguru determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or

legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing

practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the Referred person or any representatives of saasguru.

How long does it take to get the referral rewards

You can expect the reward to be paid to you in form of a gift voucher in less than 10 business days after the

payment of fees by the person referred. Please note that the referral reward will be paid only if the referred

person has made the entire payment for the bootcamp in full at the time of signing up. If the referred person has

used our payment plan or done part payment, there will only be a payment of AUD100 upfront and AUD100 when the

entire feed has been collected from the person referred.

Bulk distribution and spam

If a Referrer provides a Personal Link to Refer to a Friend by email, the email must be created and
distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends,
colleagues and family members.
Bulk referrals, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Program in a manner that would
constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” in saasguru’s sole discretion
is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrer’s participation in
the Program. saasguru has a no-tolerance spam policy.
While saasguru is the actual sender of the referral email, each Referrer must nonetheless comply with
applicable law. Referrers who do not comply with the law, including antispam laws, are obligated to
indemnify saasguru and all of the Released Parties against any liabilities, costs and expenses incurred
as a results of such violation.

Do I need to be a saasguru customer to refer my friend?

You can be something other than a saasguru customer to refer a friend. We, however, expect you to be aware of the saasguru Bootcamp program and how it can benefit the person you are referring so that you can refer responsibly and, in a value, adding manner.

How can I refer my friends/connections?

You can refer in three simple steps:

1. Shares the saasguru Bootcamp details with a person they know and gets their interest

and consent to be referred.

2. Shares the person’s details in the referral details form provided on the Referral page.

3. When the Referred person then signs up and pays the entire program fees for the

referee to be eligible for earning the referral reward amount.

What are the eligibility criteria to receive reimbursement after referring a friend?

Please note that the referral reward will be paid only if the referred person has made the entire payment for the Bootcamp in full at the time of signing up. If the referred person has used our payment plan or made part payment, there will be only $ 50 upfront and $ 50 when the entire feed has been collected from the person referred.

How long does it take to get my referral rewards?

You can expect the reward to be paid in the form of a gift voucher in less than ten business days after the payment of fees by the person referred.

Do I get the reward every time a friend signup?

Yes, you get rewarded every time a friend sign up. To avoid spamming and issues of the program, there is a maximum limit of 5 referrals per referral in a quarter

Can I track my referrals?

You can connect with our friendly customer success team to track your referral. In addition, we will keep you posted through email updates at every stage, from receipt to payment collection and payout. Once the referee meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in the policy, our team will reach out to you through referral@saasguru.co
