Sales professionals who wish to hold the Sales Representative credential must have at least 6 months to 3 years of experience in the Sales field. Apart from this, there are no prerequisites for the credentials. But the credentials require some skills and understanding as mentioned below.

Salesforce Sales Representative Certification Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions and may include up to 5 non-scored questions. Test-takers have a total of 105 minutes to complete the exam, and the passing score is set at 70%. To register for the exam, candidates must pay a fee of USD 200 plus any applicable taxes mandated by local law. 

If a candidate fails to pass the exam, they can retake it for a fee of USD 100 plus applicable taxes. The exam can be taken either at a testing center with a proctor present or online with a proctor monitoring remotely. 

It is important to note that during the exam, no reference materials, either in hard-copy or online, may be used. No prerequisites are required to take the exam.
